Badrilla is working with outstanding academic collaborators to develop new technologies for calibration of immunoassays.

Professor John Colyer, from the Faculty of Biological Sciences founded the biotechnology company Badrilla Ltd. in 2003. Badrilla makes and distributes high quality monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies to cardiovascular protein and phospho-protein targets. The antibodies are validated for performance in assays of relevance to customers. Badrilla is also working with outstanding academic collaborators to develop new technologies for calibration of immunoassays, which will enable the performance of genuinely quantitative antibody-based measurements of individual proteins in mixtures of proteins, quantitative biomarker measurement, and quantitative diagnostics of disease using validated high performance antibodies
