The Macdonald lab is situated in the Garstang building within the Faculty of Biological Sciences. We are housed in newly refurbished lab and office space and share with six other research groups. We are located within a hub of virology and cell biology research, which is ideal for our research and allows quick dissemination of research ideas. In addition we are situated close to high resolution confocal microscopy, electron microscopy, mass spectrometry and protein biochemistry facilities.
