PA to the Director of the Institute of Integrative and Comparative Biology (IICB). Responsible for co-ordinating all HR activity in IICB. This includes being the first point of contact for IICB staff who require advice relating to all HR matters. Other responsibilities include the induction of new and visiting staff, processing new appointments and reappointments, recording sickness and holiday absence and maintaining personnel files
