Senior Research Technician working on Plant cell walls using a variety of biochemical techniques. I carry out plant and animal cell culture and make monoclonal antibodies to parts of the cell wall and go on to use these in immunocytochemistry.

I am also a competencies assessor on behalf of the Science Council for Professional Registration for technical staff.
