First point of contact for Head of School. Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support and for the smooth running of the Head of School’s Office.
Responsible for School Communications and servicing the following meetings:
- School Staff meetings
- School Management Group meetings
- School Academic staff meetings
- Ad Hoc meetings as commensurate to the School
Other responsibilities include:
- Arrangement of School Events and activities
- School point of contact for initial general queries
- Developing and maintaining efficient School office systems and processes
- Working closely with Faculty HR, Research, Finance and Technical teams regarding an efficient service for the School
- Administrative HR duties for the School (administrative support on probations, inductions, SRDS, staff absences and travel)
