  • Bioinformatics: NGS and Microarray data analysis, developing pipelines for CHIP-seq data analysis, modeling, simulation, data mining, signal processing
  • Systems Biology: Mathematical modeling of pharmaceutically important signal transduction pathways that regulate intracellular processes involved in human diseases

Current Projects

  • Investigation of Ibrutinib-mediated changes in chromatin organization (Dr Pascal Lefevre, LICAP). This project involves the analysis of CHIP-seq data in patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
  • Study of the mechanisms underlying the resistance of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) patients treated with Imatinib (Dr Peter Laslo, LICAP). For this project, the analysis of Microarray gene expression data is performed.
