- Investigation of Ibrutinib-mediated changes in chromatin organization (Dr Pascal Lefevre, LICAP). This project involves the analysis of CHIP-seq data in patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
- Study of the mechanisms underlying the resistance of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) patients treated with Imatinib (Dr Peter Laslo, LICAP). For this project, the analysis of Microarray gene expression data is performed.
