We have members who are Academics, Research Staff, Post Graduate Researchers and Alumni from the University of Leeds that have an interest in the benefits and of the Knowledge Transfer (KT) agenda. 'Activities (that) are concerned with the generation, use, application and exploitation of knowledge and other university capabilities outside academic environments' (Russell Group Universities).' I'm not interested in business or enterprise ? why should I join? The information supplied in this network and the skills that it hopes to develop via supporting events are equally useful in both the commercial and academic arena. Any successful academic needs to be enterprising: securing research grants; building in ideas such as Intellectual Property; employing the right people; promoting an idea and managing tight budgets! You may also be unaware of opportunities and approaches that help bring more money into the department via collaboration and the networks of external organizations and alumni that we are trying to develop. You can only find other members by entering keywords into the search mechanism. If someone has entered these words into their profile and there is a match then their details will be returned. If this looks useful then you can contact the other members to ask for more information or establish further contact. For general queries 'ask a question'. Is the site viewable to people from outside the University of Leeds? None of the main content can currently be viewed outside the University. How can I 'participate' in the club?
